Sometimes life becomes heavy and busy in ways that can be hard to name and understand. You might feel anxious, on edge, emotionally flat, agitated, overstimulated or simply exhausted from holding too much.

Therapy can offer a steady, supportive and safe space to slow down and begin making sense of what's happening for you.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to speak honestly without pressure to "perform" or have everything figured out.
